LED displays screen are versatile, vibrant, and perfect for a wide range of applications, from indoor advertising to outdoor events. However, installing these displays requires careful planning and execution. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

Which one you choose mainly depends on how far your average audience stands. You can divide the point spacing (the number after P) by 0.3~0.8 to determine the best viewing distance. Each specification has an optimal viewing distance. For example, if you stand at 5/6 meters and look at it, you have to do P6 anyway, and the effect will be better.

Installation method of indoor display screen
  1. Hanging mounting (wall mounting) is suitable for displays below 10 square meters. The wall requirements are solid walls or concrete beams at hanging locations. Hollow bricks or simple partitions are not suitable for this installation method.

 

  1. Rack installation is suitable for displays of more than 10 square meters and is easy to maintain. Other specific requirements are the same as those for wall installation.

 

  1. Hoisting: Applicable to displays below 10 square meters. This installation method must have a suitable installation location, such as a beam or lintel above. And the screen body generally needs to be added with a back cover.

 

  1. Seat installation: Movable seat installation: refers to the seat frame being processed separately. It is placed on the ground and can be moved. Fixed seat: refers to a fixed seat that is connected to the ground or wall.

When making outdoor screens, you need to pay attention to four points.

First, waterproofing, of course the outdoor box does this.

Second, windproof. The larger the screen, the stronger the steel structure must be, and the requirements are stricter.

Third, earthquake resistance, that is, how many levels of earthquakes it can withstand. Strictly speaking, channel steel must be used to make a square shape, fixed with angle irons around, and drilled with screw holes. Aluminum-plastic panels are used to decorate the speakers on both sides. Square tubes are also used as frames inside.

Fourth, lightning protection, outdoor LED display lightning protection and grounding

The electronic components in electronic displays are highly integrated and are increasingly more sensitive to interference. Lightning can harm the display system in various ways. Generally, it is concentrated directly on the screen and then discharged to the ground through the grounding device. Where lightning current passes, it causes mechanical, electrical and thermal damage. The solution is equipotential connection, that is, connecting ungrounded or poorly grounded metal casings, metal sheaths of cables, and metal frames in display screens to grounding devices to prevent high voltages on these objects or lightning from entering the ground on the grounding device. The transmission of high potential causes impact on the internal insulation of the equipment and the core wire of the cable. Adding lightning arresters to large-area display systems can reduce the overvoltage that appears on the equipment during counterattacks and limit the intrusion of lightning waves.

1. Column type

Pole mounting is suitable for the installation of LED display screens in open spaces, and the outdoor screens are installed on columns. Columns are divided into single columns and double columns. In addition to the steel structure of the screen, concrete or steel columns also need to be produced, mainly considering the geological conditions of the foundation.

2. Mosaic type

The inlaid structure is suitable for display screen projects that have been included in the planning and design of the building. The installation space for the display screen is reserved in advance during the construction of the civil engineering project. During the actual installation, only the steel structure of the display screen is made and the display screen is embedded in the building wall. There is enough maintenance space on the inside and back.

3. Roof type

The general installation method is to fix the screws on the wall and the fixed frame, install the screen in the frame, connect the power cord, arrange the cables, light up and debug.

4. Seat installation

The seat-mounted structure is to use a concrete structure on the ground to build a wall that is sufficient to support the entire LED display screen. A steel structure is built on the wall to install the display screen. The steel structure reserves 800mm of maintenance space to place related equipment and maintenance facilities.
